The iSmokeBreak app allows you to track how many cigarettes you smoke on a daily basis. It also keeps a history of the previous days cigarettes do you can compare how many cigarettes you had today from yesterday. The goal is to see if you can hopefully reduce the amount of cigarettes you smoke per day, getting down to zero cigarettes.
When you are ready to have a cigarette, you load iSmokeBreak and click on the big PLUS sign button. This will increment the cigarettes for today score card. Dont worry, if you make a mistake, you can simply click the MINUS sign to decrement the cigarette count. Now everytime you have a cigarette, you simply click the PLUS button. At the end of the day you will see how many cigarettes you smoked.
The next day when you are about to have your first cigarette, you load iSmokeBreak and then click the RESET button. It will take todays cigarette count and save it to the YESTERDAY score card count and reset todays cigarette count to zero.
Your goal should be to reduce the amount of cigarettes each day and with iSmokeBreak you can really see how many cigarettes you smoke from day to day and hopefully find the power to quit smoking.
iSmokeBreak is also a virtual cigarette to help you stop smoking!
